How long does it take to get quotes?
It depends on your project, but auto-invite notifies matching voice actors as soon as you post, so quotes often start coming in the same day.
Can I hire a specific voice actor directly?
Yes. Switch to manual casting and invite the voice actors you want — you don't have to wait for auto-matching.
Is my payment protected?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and only paid out to the voice actor after you've approved the delivered recording.
What happens if I'm not happy with the recording?
You have 14 days to review the delivery. If something's not right, you can raise a dispute instead of approving, and our team reviews it fairly.
