Jay Forges records a wide range of German voice‑over work from his home studio. He frequently appears in cartoon and dubbing projects, such as the KMA series “copy the original to gain self‑confidence” and “copy the attitude and express your confidence.” His voice is also used for corporate and public‑sector productions, including an audioguide and explainer‑video segment for Berliner Abendblatt and a telephone‑IVR piece for the same client. In commercial work he provided the cover voice for an Allianz advertisement and has contributed to Vodafone campaigns. Trained through private acting lessons from age six and a professional voice‑acting graduation at twenty‑six, Jay combines stage experience from theater and low‑budget TV shows with roles as coach, moderator and account manager. His voice range covers child, teenager, young adult and middle‑age characters, and he works in baritone and tenor registers. Jay’s home studio is equipped with a MOTU M2 interface, the latest Ableton Live DAW and Rhode studio earphones, enabling him to deliver high‑quality recordings for audiobooks, e‑learning, video‑games and other formats.
