Jochen Drechsler

Jochen Drechsler records in German from his home studio, using a Neumann TLM 103 and Focusrite equipment for remote sessions. His voice spans young adult to middle‑age ranges with bass and baritone depth, suited to documentary narration, commercial spots and e‑learning modules. Recent work includes documentary narration for arte TV and ZDF, commercial and explainer videos for Deutsche Krankenhausgesellschaft, and an audiobook for DEEZER. He also provides museum guide recordings for the Bibelmuseum Nürnberg and telephone/IVR content for various broadcasters. Jochen’s training began with an acting program at the Bayerische Theaterakademie “August Everding” and continued with a film acting course at the Filmakademie Ludwigsburg. He has attended workshops in radio speaking with Gustl Weishappel and Michael Peter, synchronization workshops with Cornelia Boje and Joachim Kunzendorf, and a seminar on radio‑book production with Christoph Dietrich. This combination of stage and vocal coaching informs his clear, adaptable delivery across a wide range of media formats.
