Johanna Bernhardt

Johanna Bernhardt works from a treated home studio in Germany, recording with a Neumann TLM 103 microphone through a Scarlett 3rd Gen interface. Her voice sits in the young‑adult range with a mezzo‑soprano timbre, and she applies a three‑year, state‑recognised training as a breath‑ and voice therapist to shape each performance. In addition to commercial work, she records audiobooks, e‑learning modules and video‑game dialogue, and she provides voice‑over for museum guides and telephone/IVR systems. Recent clients include Festo, Focusrite, Fritz Kola, Manuka Honig, more nutrition and Weleda. Johanna also teaches voice and speech at drama schools in Cologne, drawing on her therapeutic background to support actors and speakers. Her studio setup and specialised training give her precise control over breath and articulation, ensuring recordings that meet the technical and artistic requirements of each project.
