Matt Sheppard

Matt Sheppard records English‑language voice work from a treated home studio equipped with a Sennheiser MKH416 microphone, a MacBook Pro M1, a Focusrite Scarlet 2i2, a Presonus Audiobox iOne and Yamaha HS5 monitors. He completed the Voice Arts Course for Voice Acting at MSOPA in Montreal in 2014 and studied at Straeon Acting Studios through 2015, and he continues to refine his performance with coaches Brad Hyland and J Michael Collins. His recent commercial and corporate‑video assignments include work for Apple, Huawei, Merck, Novartis and XCMG, delivered in formats ranging from television spots to explainer videos and e‑learning modules. He also provides narration for museum guides, audioguides and telephone/IVR systems, and he lends his baritone voice to cartoon characters and video‑game dialogue. Matt’s training and studio setup support a range of productions, from documentary narration to interactive media, and his current coaching focuses on expanding his versatility across young‑adult and middle‑age voice styles.
